WebAug 7, 2015 · Just found out the issue is caused by the eGalaxTouch that was pushed by Windows Update. To resolve this, I just uninstalled the driver for the touchscreen under Mice and Other pointing device in the Device Manager. Remember to delete the driver option then rescan for computer changes.
