Webb31 jan. 2024 · On some switches, I get MAC address to port mappings with this command: BASH snmpwalk -v 2c -c public switch_name_or_ip 1 .3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.2.2.1.2.1 On others, you might get it with a different OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.2 Since the Mac addresses are in decimal, I pipe the output through this ugly but useful command: BASH Webb1 okt. 2012 · The port shows that it is up and passing traffic. show mac-address 8 But the table is empty. I tried disabling the port for a few seconds and clearing the interface statistics but it hasn't helped. Do I need to do a hard reset on the switch? The issue is only with port 8, all other ports are showing MAC addresses as I would expect.
