WebHello. I’ve had pain in my left shoulder blade area for 6 weeks or so now, I think it originates from bad posture / sitting at a computer daily. The pain is strange, it radiates right across my left side of my back and also to my shoulder, it feels like it’s in a large area, it’s a radiating pain, almost as if it’s a nerve issue. WebMost of the time, triceps tendonitis is caused over time by overuse.
