WebMar 18, 2013 · Apparently the new vegas stutter remover can help with this also. Install it and start the game once so that the ini file is created. Then, open the sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.ini file (located in the Data/nvse/plugins folder). Find the line "bFastExit = 0" and change it to "bFastExit = 1". Not sure if this works.
